Iowa City Catholic Woman's Conference

Today I spent the day at the Iowa City Catholic Woman's Conference. I had a booth for Mary's Meals. I also sold some Mary's Meals t-shirts.

My Fundraising timeline

My Mary’s Meals fundraising effort began in Nov. 2010. My initial goal, which I met on December 31, 2010, was to raise $11000 to build a kitchen to feed hungry school children. The kitchen was built at the Mpondasi School, in Malawi. My second goal (which I met in May of 2011) was to raise $7000 to feed all the kids at the Nasiyaya school for a year. My third goal was to build a second kitchen. It costed $12000 to build. My fourth goal was build another kitchen. (Completed in Feb. 2014) My current goal is to feed all the kids at one kitchen.
